This was a release of pain and burden, emotion from a session.
You will see the Shamanic symbol for healing Self, and the Reiki symbol "Fire Serpent" to ground the heaviness of it.
I was guided to offer it a prayerful smudge and a blessing with my Tibetian singing bowl.
