Babies breath for the breath of life and all that comes with it. You will see black stone for the dedication to your practice. Yellow jade to help you learn from your experiences and grow self worth and confidence. 
Red aventurine to diffuse negative emotions and to increase compassion. And snowflake obsidian to help you see your thought patterns and behavior. You will see Sage was offered to the energy. Finished with a prayerful smudge and a blessing with my Tibetian singing bowl.
