 This is a release from a session. I love how it came out so celestial, almost a release from the Gods. ❤️ It catches me.

You will see I was guided to offer some things to this energy. Sage was added to the paint and you will see it throughout.

I was guided to offer seashells. These seashells are from the Sacred Island of Ni'Ihau #Hawaii  Seashells represent stability and strength within, but also show your connection to the spiritual. They are thought to strengthen
your connections to your spirit guides and your intuition. 
.
You will also see some stones. Lapis lazuli was added for an assist to confront and speak one's truth and to inspire confidence. 
.
Howlite was placed to bring down anger, resentment and frustration.
.
Olive jade for help with  emotional, spiritual and physical feelings. Also for support of the heart. 
.
Amazonite to calm the nervous system. To balance the masculine and feminine and for general healing. It also will aid in healing alcoholism.
.
 White marble to ground.
.
Prehnite for unconditional Self love, and to calm your environment. 
.
Yellow jade to help you recognize your behaviors and actions.
