You will see I was guided to offer specific things to the painting and energy.

Sage was showered throughout to cleanse and protect the energy offered.

You will see turquoise, it balances and aligns all the chakras, stabilising mood swings and instilling inner calm. It is excellent for depression and exhaustion, it also has the power to prevent panic attacks.
.
You will see yellow jade placed as it is said to be a stone of wisdom and to help the person learn from their experiences. This color is also associated with the solar plexus and can help bring in warmth and joy.

Howlite is a stone of patience and perspective. Also clears anger and frustration.
.
The seashells that you see in the painting are from the sacred island of Ni'Ihau Hawaii. They represent the spiritual dimension and they bring in your connection to that side a lot closer. They are also meant to bring instability and strength.

You will see a couple of shamanic symbols placed. The one beside the seashells is to represent your spirit guides and to help bring them in closer to you.

There is one in the top right hand corner and it is a simple circle. It is meant for distance healing.

There's one in the bottom left hand corner and it is a symbol of healing oneself.

This painting was finished with a heavy smudge and a prayer.
