You will see I've placed a big piece of white howlite to calm everything down, release emotions of frustration, upset and negativity.

I've placed a couple big pieces of rose quartz to support your heart, to aid in bringing love and compassion in for yourself and in your relationships. 
.
I've showered the painting with amber to remove toxic and negative energy, and to put out a soothing energy in return. 
.
I've showered the painting with amazonite to aid in general healing and well being to harmonize your heart and throat chakras to aid in peaceful and authentic communication. It is also said to bring financial abundance. 
.
Yellow jade was placed to help  recognize your behaviors and thought patterns, to learn from them and to gain self confidence. 
.
The leaf was placed to signify new beginnings, growth and rebirth. 
.
The rose petal was placed to signify the sacrifices you've had to make internally and within your relationships.
.
I put the master Reiki symbol "fire serpent" to ground all of the negative. 
.
Sage was placed in the paint as I was guided to offer it to the energy. 
.
You will see seashells from the sacred Island of Ni'Ihau Hawaii, to bring your connection to your spirit guides in closer, and to bring stability and strength.

This painting was finished with a deep prayerful smudge with sage and my #hawk #feather
