Hi my family! I'm back for another blog post.
(I swear I am working to get better at blogging consistently LOL)
This post is a small gift from me to you. I know personally the moon rules me in many facets. My menses even through menopause has lined up with the moon phases, insight and clarity come with the phases. emotions, unwinding, rewinding and so much more.
My Heart Centered Full Moon Reflection offering is here if you'd like it, it is a heart felt offering to help you process so many facets of your diamond through the full phase of the moon.

The full moon often brings illumination, tenderness, and truth — especially in the realm of relationships.
Whether romantic, familial, or with self, our connections are mirrors, and
under the glow of the moon, they reveal what is ready to be seen, softened, and surrendered.
You may feel emotions rise unexpectedly. Old wounds may re-open. Or you might simply
feel more open-hearted than usual. Let it all be sacred. This is a time for clearing what no
longer serves and calling in what truly nourishes your soul.
Grab yourself your favorite warm bevvy, light some incense or smudge and grab your journal and favorite writing utensil and lets get started.

Reflection Prompts For Your Journal
• What relationship theme or pattern is surfacing for me right now?
• Where am I giving too much? Where am I not receiving enough?
• What does a truly safe, loving connection feel like in my body?
• What am I ready to forgive or release from my past?
• What does love look like when I extend it to myself first?
Take some time to reflect with these prompts, and as best as you can work to find the root. When we can find the root it makes it easier to understand and shift perspective in turn making it easier to let things go. When you're done journaling it out, fold up your paper and write on the fold "I am ready to let go" and keep it for the next part of your Sacred Session.

Gentle Full Moon Ritual
1. Light a candle or sit beneath the moonlight. (I recommend both!)
2. Take a few deep breaths in through the nose, purse your lips and as slowly as you can breathe out of your mouth for the next 4 minutes (you can even visualize your heart with a nose, and it is doing the breathing), placing one hand on your heart and the other on your belly.
3. Speak aloud or write down what you’re ready to release above the journal prompts— old stories, heartbreak, expectations.
4. Burn or bury the note along with your journaling reflections' safely, saying: "I return this to the Earth with love. I make space for truth, for healing, for love aligned with my soul. "
5. Close by placing both hands over your heart and repeating: "I am worthy of love that
honors all of me. " 4 times.
6.Take a moment to journal in how your heart feels. Sit with the energy you have created and breathed into it.

A Closing Blessing
(read aloud)
May this moonlight soften what’s heavy in your heart.
May it shine on the energy blocked in you,
May it remind you that even in shedding, you are becoming.
And may every part of you — the grieving, the healing, the radiant.
May it allow you to feel loved, safe and warm.

Lets end with a big warm self hug. Out of anything in this universe you are deserving of your own love, compassion and grace. And lets face it you did a great job!
