I was sitting out on my front step last week just soaking in the sounds and smells of my neighborhood.
And I was feeling my trees and talking to them. For the first time since we moved in to our home 13 years ago they shared with me, that it was time to connect and share some healing energy. Let me tell you the feeling and what I was hearing from them was warm and loving, excited and ready.
It took me a few days to create the space for me to focus in on them, and take some time to fully immerse myself in the energy sharing I was about to embark on with my pals.
Tuesday night this past week was finally the night. My husband and I were out back watering our wildflower beds and grass seed. We have a young evergreen in our back yard and often while we are out watering it gets excited to see us, it is constantly tickled by the water we spray up his trunk and is a very loving young energy.

Did you know that all trees are connected to the Tree of Life? They all communicate with each other, and Gaia, and even us if we choose to listen, So much wisdom to be had, passing through centuries.
Back to the story!
I asked my husband to finish watering for me so I could ask our young tree if he wanted to work with me, and with us and kind of.. get ready if that makes sense.
As I was standing in front of him (yes my young tree is a masculine energy) I could feel the invite and the energy radiating from him. I took it as a major YES!

My husband tied up the last of what we needed to accomplish and came over to us. At this moment I asked if both of us could work with him, and he said yes.
I gave my husband a quick introduction on movements and breath and how to do this. And then we started. (I'll leave a link to an IG video to explain how to do this for you folks)
The second I got in to stance, and raised my hands to his top I could feel the pulse of all living things, connection, Tree of Life. It was a pulse inside my body slow deep and rhythmic. My vision went out of focus just a bit, and my hands and arms were dragging a white aura with them.
We brought his energy into us for 4 cycles. And as we shifted to then give him energy the pulse stopped but the aura and my vision remained the same. we did the cycle of giving 4 times also. You can do this with both feet, and change stance. But for this night we used the right foot.
After we were done we thanked him for his love and started making our way back in the house. The feelings coming from that exchange were extreme zen, chill. Feeling really good in our heart space and mind. Even some all over tingling was happening. We both slept very well Tuesday night.
